MacDermid (lower body) won't be in the lineup Tuesday against Toronto, Amanda Stein of the Devils' official site reports.
MacDermid will miss his second straight contest. He has registered two goals, one assist, 53 PIM and 67 hits in 39 games between the Devils and Avalanche this season. Max Willman will suit up against the Maple Leafs because of MacDermid's absence.
