Stolarz made 21 saves in a 4-2 win over the Penguins on Saturday.
Stolarz earned his first win as a member of the Maple Leafs in his second outing of 2024-25. He didn't have much of a chance on either goal after the first was a power-play slapper through a sea of legs in the opening period, and the second was a rocket from high in the slot through another screen. Stolarz is providing the Leafs with strong and confident netminding early this season, and he's cementing his role as a possible 1A/1B with Joseph Woll (lower body) on the shelf.
