Bubba Watson withdrew from the Arnold Palmer Invitational after shooting a hideous 83 in the first round.
His 11-over score included a 11 at the par-5 sixth hole and a triple bogey at No. 18.
Here's a look at the card:

You can't really blame him for withdrawing, either, as he was 21 (21!) shots back of leader Adam Scott after 18 holes.
His 11 was a work of art, too. He hit his first three drives in the water:

That's right, Watson was laying eight on his first drive that landed in play.
Not good times for the 2012 Masters champ.
He apparently withdrew because of allergies:
Just wanted to tell my fans I'm sorry I had to withdraw from @APinv this week. My allergies have taken over!

It's hard to focus when you're heads all discombobulated from medicine and pollen #spellcheck

This isn't the first time Watson has struggled with allergies (h/t Adam Sarson). He talked about it last year a little bit.
"I don't play Tampa anymore because of allergies. Every day of my life I take allergy pills, nose spray and eye drops. With the stuff flying around, it's just allergy stuff. When I get hot, trying to cool my neck so that my body is not producing a bunch of junk."
