Diamondbacks pitcher Ian Kennedy has dropped the appeal of his 10-game suspension, MLB.com reports. Kennedy was suspended for throwing at Dodgers pitcher Zack Greinke, instigating a benches-clearing brawl on June 11.
Kennedy will be eligible to pitch June 29 against the Braves. He is 3-4 with a 5.21 ERA in 84 2/3 innings.
