Dodgers outfielder Matt Kemp ran on an anti-gravity treadmill Wednesday for the first time since experiencing tightness in his hamstring last week, MLB.com reports. He also took more at-bats in a simulated game Wednesday.

"He was running good," manager Don Mattingly told MLB.com. "Everything is really still pretty positive with all that. He swung the bat good again today."

Kemp has played in just 62 of his team's 144 games, including just once since the All-Star break.
