Nick Tepesch not back on mound yet

Rangers pitcher Nick Tepesch, who is on the shelf due to inflammation in his right elbow, continues to be limited in his throwing, MLB.com reports Sunday. He's not yet begun throwing off a mound. Tepesch has been out since July 6.
