Pirates' Deolis Guerra earns first career win

Pirates reliever Deolis Guerra pitched three scoreless innings to earn his first career win, Tuesday against Detroit.

Guerra pitched the 12th, 13th and 14th innings, allowing three hits and striking out three. He hasn't allowed a run or walked a batter in three career appearances.
