Yankees tab David Phelps to start Sunday

The Yankees announced the starting pitchers for this weekend's series against the Brewers, with David Phelps slated to take the mound Sunday, MLB.com reports.

Phelps will be making his first start of the season Sunday as he fills in for the injured Michael Pineda. He owns a 3.86 ERA and 16:7 K:BB ratio in 11 2/3 innings out of the bullpen.
