Danny Green exits with sprained finger

Spurs guard Danny Green had to leave Sunday's contest against the Timberwolves with a sprained left index finger and was ruled out for the remainder of the game, the team announced.

Green sustained the injury and was taken back to the locker room within the first minute of second quarter. He was held scoreless on 0 of 1 shooting, with three rebounds and one assist in nine minutes of game action.

Green's status remains uncertain for Monday at New Orleans.
