Isaiah Thomas scored 14 points in the fourth quarter to lead the Celtics past the Pelicans, 104-98 on Friday.

Thomas came off the bench to score a team-high 27 points on eight-of-13 shooting. He hit four of his six 3-point shots, and opened his fourth-quarter explosion by knocking down three in a row.

"I like fourth quarters, I guess," Thomas said.

The Celtics next play at the Magic on Sunday.
