Patrick Beverley exits with rib injury

Rockets guard Patrick Beverley got the start in Wednesday's season opener against the Bobcats, but he did spend much time on the floor. Beverley took a shot to the ribs during the first half, and was unable to return to the floor, after being evaluated at halftime.

Beverley beat out Jeremy Lin for the starting point guard spot, and it is not clear how this injury will impact him moving forward.
