Clay Harbor took a big step back for the Jaguars in Week 5, putting a damper on hopes that he might be a bid-season breakout candidate.
Harbor had eight receptions for 70 yards and showed a solid rapport with Blake Bortles in Week 4, but was a nonfactor Sunday. Though he still played 97 percent of the team's offensive snaps against the Steelers, Harbor was targeted just four times, as he hauled in three receptions for 22 yards.
Harbor is going to get plenty of playing time for the Jaguars moving forward, but the combination of a rookie quarterback and Harbor's own track record make him a risky investment. Don't consider him as anything more than a flier on waivers if you need a bye-week replacement.
