The Eagles have parted ways with tight end Clay Harbor, according to ESPN. Harbor, who tweeted uncertainty over whether his departure was via release or trade, was doomed by drops and inconsistency.

Harbor, a former fourth-round pick who has one year left on his rookie contract, got some reps at receiver in the preseason and caught just four passes for 64 yards. He boasts some talent, however, and could get picked up off waivers.
