Rams' Kamren Kinchens: Tagged as limited
Kinchens (shoulder) was a limited participant at Wednesday's practice, Sarah Barshop of ESPN.com reports.
Kinchens missed the first two practices last week but still managed to play in the Week 13 loss to the Panthers, so he appears to be on the right track to play this week versus the Cardinals. The second-year safety has yet to miss a game during his career. He has produced 61 tackles (43 solo), six pass breakups, two interceptions and two fumble recoveries through 12 games this year.

Rams' Kamren Kinchens: Good to go against Carolina
Kinchens (shoulder) is active for Sunday's game against the Panthers.
Kinchens opened Week 13 prep with back-to-back DNPs before ending with a limited practice Friday while working through a shoulder injury. However, the second-year safety has done enough over the weekend and through pregame warmups to be given the green light to suit up Sunday. In the four games since the Rams' Week 8 bye, Kinchens has accumulated 19 tackles (14 solo), three pass defenses (two interceptions) and two fumble recoveries.

Rams' Kamren Kinchens: Questionable for Week 13
Kinchens (shoulder) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Panthers, Adam Caplan of SiriusXM NFL Radio reports.
Kinchens was able to upgrade to limited participation Friday after being unable to practice Wednesday or Thursday. The upgrade in participation bodes well for Kinchens' chance to suit up for Sunday's contest. If the starter is unable to go, Jaylen McCollough is in line to replace him at free safety.

Rams' Kamren Kinchens: DNP again Thursday
Kinchens (shoulder) did not practice Thursday, Adam Grosbard of The Orange County Register reports.
It is unclear when Kinchens suffered his shoulder injury, as he finished Sunday night's win over the Buccaneers. With two missed practices this week, the starting safety will have one more chance to participate ahead of Sunday's matchup against the Panthers.

Rams' Kamren Kinchens: Sidelined Wednesday
Kinchens (shoulder) did not practice Wednesday, Adam Grosbard of The Orange County Register reports.
Kinchens played 89 percent of defensive snaps -- his second-highest mark of the season -- so it's unclear when he was injured. His status for Sunday's game against the Panthers is now unclear.

Rams' Kamren Kinchens: Seven takedowns in win
Kinchens recorded seven total tackles (five solo) in Sunday night's 34-7 win over the Buccaneers.
Kinchens finished tied for second on the team in takedowns with linebacker Nate Landman, falling just one short of fellow safety Kamren Curl's eight stops. The seven tackles were also the highest total for Kinchens in a contest since Week 3. The safety is now up to 55 total tackles (37 solo), and has added six passes defensed, including two interceptions, and two fumble recoveries over 11 contests in his sophomore campaign with Los Angeles.

Rams' Kamren Kinchens: Picks off Darnold twice in Week 11
Kinchens registered four tackles (three solo) and two interceptions during the Rams' 21-19 win over the Seahawks on Sunday.
The 2024 third-rounder logged four interceptions during his rookie season but was held without a pick through the first nine games of the 2025 regular season. That quickly changed during Sunday's NFC West clash, when Kinchens picked off a Sam Darnold pass intended for Cooper Kupp on the Seahawks' first offensive series of the game and the Rams capitalized with a Kyren Williams' one-yard touchdown run four plays later. Kinchens picked off Darnold again late in the third frame, and the Rams once again made the most of the opportunity via a six-yard touchdown pass from Matthew Stafford to Colby Parkinson four plays later. Sunday marked the second time in Kinchens' young NFL career that he recorded two interceptions in a game, and the 23-year-old safety has accumulated 48 tackles (32 solo), five pass defenses and two fumble recoveries through 10 regular-season games.

Rams' Kamren Kinchens: Good to go vs. New Orleans
Kinchens (toe) does not carry an injury designation into Sunday's game against the Saints, Adam Grosbard of The Orange County Register reports.
Kinchens sustained a toe injury against the Jaguars in Week 7. He received additional rest courtesy of the Week 8 bye and was able to log a full practice Friday to shed an injury tag heading into Sunday's game. The second-year safety has 36 tackles (23 solo) and three pass defenses through seven regular-season games.

Rams' Kamren Kinchens: Still tending to toe issue
Kinchens (toe) was a limited participant at practice Wednesday, Adam Grosbard of The Orange County Register reports.

Rams' Kamren Kinchens: Exits game with toe injury
Kinchens (toe) is questionable to return to Sunday's game against the Jaguars.
Kinchens went to the sidelines to have his toe evaluated by trainers to determine whether he can return for the second half of Sunday's game. Jaylen McCollough would be in line to see more snaps at safety for as long as Kinchens is out of the game. Kinchens tallied five tackles (four solo) prior to his exit.

Rams' Kamren Kinchens: Upgrades to full Thursday
Kinchens (knee) upgraded to a full practice Thursday, Adam Caplan of SiriusXM NFL Radio reports.
With the full practice, Kinchens should be in line to handle his normal role Sunday against the Ravens. On 81 percent of the defensive snaps this season, Kinchens has recorded 26 tackles (16 solo) and three pass breakups.

Rams' Kamren Kinchens: Limited in Wednesday's practice
Kinchens (knee) was a limited participant in the Rams' practice Wednesday, Stu Jackson of the team's official site reports.
Kinchens is dealing with knee soreness, though it's unclear when he sustained the injury. If the 23-year-old ends up being unable to play Sunday against Baltimore, Jaylen McCollough would likely start at safety in his place.

Rams' Kamren Kinchens: Deemed full participant Tuesday
Kinchens (shoulder) was estimated as a full participant in Tuesday's practice walkthrough, Vic Tafur of The Athletic reports.
Kinchens has been dealing with a shoulder injury since early last week, but he was able to suit up in this past Sunday's win over Indianapolis. After being estimated as a limited practice participant Monday, Kinchens' return to full participation (albeit in a walkthrough) Tuesday suggests that he'll be able to take on his usual starting role Thursday versus San Francisco.

Rams' Kamren Kinchens: Back to limited practice
Kinchens (shoulder) was deemed a limited participant in Monday's practice estimate.
Los Angeles didn't actually hold a practice Monday, so Kinchens' designation of limited is an estimation. The second-year safety was also limited at the Rams' first practice last week but moved up to a full session one day later and logged close to his usual workload Sunday versus Indianapolis. With that in mind, it's likely that Kinchens is in line to play Thursday versus San Francisco as long as he didn't aggravate the shoulder issue.

Rams' Kamren Kinchens: Full practice Thursday
Kinchens (shoulder) was a full participant at practice Thursday, Adam Grosbard of The Orange County Register reports.
Kinchens opened the week as a limited participant at practice Wednesday, but Thursday's full practice seems to suggest that he's a full go for Sunday's matchup with the Colts. The safety has compiled 21 total tackles (13 solo) and two passes defensed over the team's first three games of the year.

Rams' Kamren Kinchens: Tending to shoulder injury
Kinchens (shoulder) was a limited participant at practice Wednesday, Sarah Barshop of ESPN.com reports.
Kinchens played nearly all of the Rams' defensive snaps in Sunday's game at Philadelphia, so it's not immediately clear when he picked up the shoulder issue. In any case, he'll probably have to participate fully at practice Thursday or Friday to avoid carrying an injury designation into the weekend.

Rams' Kamren Kinchens: Makes seven tackles against Philly
Kinchens recorded seven tackles (four solo) and a pass defensed during Sunday's 33-26 loss against the Eagles.
Kinchens played 55 of the Rams' 63 defensive snaps Sunday and logged seven-plus tackles for the second straight game. He appears to be locked into a near-every down role after the first three weeks of the season, and he's on the fringe of the IDP radar heading into a Week 4 tilt versus the Colts.
