Angels' Jesus Castillo: Clears waivers

Castillo cleared waivers Sunday and was outrighted to Double-A Mobile.

Castillo has yet to pitch above Double-A, so it's not surprising that he passed through waivers unclaimed. He had a 4.94 ERA in 98.1 innings for Mobile last season, so he'll have to try his hand at the same level again to start the year before heading to Triple-A.
