Cody Carroll: Parting ways with Baltimore

The Orioles released Carroll on Monday, Roch Kubatko of MASNSports.com reports.

Baltimore no longer had interest in keeping Carroll on the Triple-A Norfolk roster after he posted a 5.57 ERA and 1.52 WHIP across 22 relief appearances with the affiliate. The 28-year-old right-hander will look to land a minor-league deal with another organization.
