Gregorius went 2-for-4 with two doubles and one RBI in Friday's 6-1 loss to Cincinnati.
The shortstop has hit safely in eight of his last nine games, going 13-for-37 (.351) with two home runs, a triple and four doubles in that stretch. The powerful run of hitting has lifted Gregorius' slugging percentage on the year from .369 to .417 since the end of July. He's collected 10 homers, 35 RBI, 25 runs scored, three stolen bases and 11 doubles through 257 plate appearances overall.
