Randle (quadriceps) is unavailable for Wednesday's game against the Hornets.
Randle was considered doubtful for Wednesday's contest, so it's no surprise he won't be suiting up at Charlotte. Obi Toppin is likely to draw another start while Taj Gibson and Jericho Sims split time at center with Mitchell Robinson (back) also out.
