Diallo finished with 17 points (7-9 FG, 1-1 3Pt, 2-2 FT), six rebounds, one assist, two steals and a block over 21 minutes during Sunday's 121-116 loss to the Lakers.
Diallo has been making a case to earn a bigger role in the rotation in his last two games, scoring in double digits both times despite not playing more than 21 minutes in either contest. In fact, the 21 minutes he logged Sunday were a season high. It remains to be seen whether he'll have more opportunities off the bench when the Pistons play the Heat on Tuesday.
