Timberwolves' Patrick Beverley: Ejected from Saturday's matchup

Beverley was ejected from Saturday's game against the Bucks in the first quarter after being assessed a technical foul, Jace Frederick of St. Paul Pioneer Press reports.

Beverley pushed Serge Ibaka in the back late in the first quarter and was tossed from the matchup as a result. The 33-year-old faced a suspension for a similar incident earlier in the season, but Saturday's scuffle appeared to be less serious. Prior to his departure, Beverley recorded three points (1-3 FG, 1-2 3Pt), a rebound, a steal and a block in 10 minutes. As long as he doesn't face another suspension, he should be back in action Monday against Dallas.
