One question we get asked a lot is about taking your Fantasy league to the next level. And there are several ways to make that happen.

Change your standard league to a keeper format. Make it a dynasty league. Do an auction instead of a draft. Or you can add defensive players into the mix, which is what we've done here.

Fantasy leagues are typically all about offense, but well-rounded football fans sometimes want to add a different element like drafting defensive players. The key is getting linebackers who rack up lots of tackles, defensive linemen who tackle as well as sack the quarterback and safeties who make plays all over the field.

To help you with leagues that draft individual players -- IDP -- we've assembled some of the best Fantasy analysts in the industry with representatives from other sites. You can follow along with their picks when it comes to making decisions on Draft Day.

In this league, all touchdowns are worth six points, and we award one point for every 10 yards rushing and receiving and one point for every 25 yards passing. We also award a point per reception. On defense, we award one point for each solo tackle, 0.5 points for each assisted tackle, three points for a fumble recovery, three points for an interception, two points for every pass defensed, three points for a sack and two points for a safety.

We feature a starting lineup on offense of QB, 2 RB, 3 WR, TE, K and a FLEX (RB/WR/TE). And on defense, the lineup consists of 2 DL, 3 LB, 3 DB and a FLEX (DL/LB/DB). There will also be 10 reserve spots for a 28-round draft.
