Jets' Michael Carter: Evaluated for concussion

Carter exited Sunday's game against the Eagles and is being evaluated for a concussion.

Carter exited the game in the second half and was seen entering the medical tent. If he is diagnosed with a concussion, he'll have to clear protocols to have the potential to return for a Week 14 matchup against the Saints. Prior to his exit, Carter had recorded two tackles.
