Sgarbossa is questionable for Sunday's preseason contest against Philadelphia after he was struck in the face by the puck during Saturday's practice, Tom Gulitti of NHL.com reports.
Sgarbossa had four goals and seven points in 25 regular-season contests with the Capitals in 2023-24. If he can't play in Sunday's contest, Riley Sutter will probably dress instead.
