Devils' Stefan Noesen: Recieves qualifying offer

Noesen has received a qualifying offer from the Devils.

This move makes Noesen a restricted free agent, so he's likely to return to New Jersey in a bottom-six capacity next season. He set career highs across the board with 13 goals and 27 points in 72 games during 2017-18.
