Hurricanes' Cavan Fitzgerald: Missing training camp

Fitzgerald (undisclosed) will not participate in the Hurricanes' training camp, Walt Ruff of the Hurricanes' official site reports.

There's no details on the nature of Fitzgerald's injury, but it's safe to assume he's week-to-week. The 26-year-old defenseman has yet to make his NHL debut.
