Schlemko Claimed By Calgary

Schlemko was claimed by the Flames on Sunday, Michael Russo of the Star Tribune reports.Schlemko was placed on waivers by the Stars on Saturday and likely would have been sent down to AHL Texas had the Flames not stepped in to grab the 27-year-old. This will be the third stop for Schlemko this season and it would be surprising if he saw extended time on the ice in Calgary.
