The Dodgers have made a change to their rotation, with Chris Capuano expected to start Friday's game against the Reds instead of Hyun-Jin Ryu, MLB.com reports.

Ryu was initially scheduled to start Wednesday, but the Dodgers chose to go with Edinson Volquez instead and initially push Ryu's start to Friday. Zack Greinke and Clayton Kershaw will remain in their spots this weekend, so the earliest Ryu could pitch would be Monday against the Diamondbacks.

Capuano was 1-1 with a 4.41 ERA, 1.62 WHIP and 22:7 K:BB ratio in 32 2/3 innings over six starts in August.
