Giants' Santiago Casilla earns third save Thursday

Giants closer Santiago Casilla picked up his third save Thursday, needing just 10 pitches to deliver a 1-2-3 12th inning in his team's 1-0 win over the Padres.

Casilla has earned the save in each of the team's three wins, giving up just one hit in three scoreless innings while striking out three and walking none. He's pitched both Wednesday and Thursday, so it's possible the Giants turn to another reliever if a save option presents itself Friday.
