The Marlins have promoted left-hander Edgar Olmos for the first time this season and also brought up fellow pitcher Anthony DeSclafani .
DeSclafani failed to stick as a starter with Miami earlier in the year. He posted a 1-2 mark and 7.40 ERA in five starts.
