    Kannok-Leipert signed an AHL contract with the Canucks on Monday, Rick Dhaliwal of TSN 1040 Vancouver reports.

    Kannok-Leipert was selected by the Capitals in the sixth round of the 2018 draft, but he remained with the Vancouver Giants of the WHL. He appeared in 22 WHL games during the 2020-21 campaign and recorded seven goals and 11 assists.
