Mets' Rafael Ortega: Not starting Friday

Ortega isn't in the Mets' lineup Friday against the Angels.

Ortega will get a breather as the Halos send left-hander Patrick Sandoval to the mound to start Friday's contest. Tim Locastro will start in left field and bat ninth.
