Daniel Oturu: Cut by Chicago

The Bulls waived Oturu on Oct. 11.

The second-year center inked an Exhibit 10 deal in late September with the Bulls -- the third different organization he's been a member of during the offseason. He ultimately couldn't make enough of an impression to stick around in Chicago for the start of the season, but he could remain in the organization as a member of the G League Windy City Bulls. Over 30 appearances at the NBA level with the Clippers in 2020-21, Oturu averaged 1.8 points and 1.6 rebounds in 5.4 minutes per contest.
