Watt didn't practice for a second consecutive day Monday and is not expected to do much this coming week, Aaron Wilson of the Houston Chronicle reports.

Watt, who missed eight games with a torn pectoral muscle in 2019, does not have a new injury. The Texans merely don't want to expose Watt to potential injury during camp, thereby preserving him for the opener on Sept. 10 against the Chiefs.
