Lightning's Conor Geekie: Sent to AHL

Geekie was assigned to AHL Syracuse on Monday.

With just a single assist through six games to start the season, Geekie will return to Syracuse where he posted 11 goals and dished out nine assists in just 24 games last season. The 2022 first-round pick is still struggling to gain traction at the NHL level, but he's only 21 years old -- we'll see him back in the NHL in the not-so-distant future.
