2. Single arm chest press — left (15 reps)
3. Single arm chest press — right (15 reps)
4. KB ground to overhead (15 reps)
5. Bent over row (20 reps)
6. KB pull over (15 reps)
7. Skull crushers (15 reps)
8. Chest press (20 reps)
