Raptors forward Patrick Patterson had to leave Saturday's contest against the Clippers with a possible broken nose.
Patterson took an elbow to the face from Blake Griffin in the third quarter, and was replaced by Chuck Hayes. He went to the locker room and was unable to return for the remainder of the game.
Head coach Dwayne Casey told reporters that he believes Patterson's nose is broken, and could play with protective mask, the National Post reports.
Patterson scored seven points on 2 of 3 shooting, including 1 of 1 from 3-point land, and 2 of 2 from the free throw line. He also chipped in with two rebounds and one assist while logging 16 minutes of game action before the injury. His status remains uncertain for Monday's game at Brooklyn.
