Free agent power forward Jason Smith has signed a one-year contract for $4.5 million with the Magic, sources have told ESPN.
Smith played more significant minutes down the stretch for the Knicks last season. He played in every game for the first time in his career and averaged 8.0 points and 4.0 rebounds while shooting 43.4 percent from the floor.
