Ben Tate 'will welcome help' in Browns' backfield

Browns running back Ben Tate is not worried about the emergence of rookie running back Terrance West. In fact, he embraces the rookie being an option out of the backfield for Cleveland.

"I will welcome help because I don’t want to run myself into the ground," Tate said, per the team's official website. "Of course, you want to be a guy who gets in a rhythm. But I will welcome help."
