Cowboys running back DeMarco Murray was forced out of Sunday night's showdown against the Redskins at home with a left knee sprain.

Murray grabbed his knee in pain after a 6-yard run in the second quarter. He was taken to the locker room for further examination and was ruled questionable to return to the game. He had a 4-yard rushing touchdowns earlier in the first quarter before getting hurt.
