Bills defensive tackle Marcell Dareus was arrested last week for his role in drag racing in Hamburg, N.Y., reports the Buffalo News. He was charged with three misdemeanors and four vehicle and traffic charges.

Per the paper, Dareus is being accused of reckless endangerment, leaving the scene of a crime involving property damage and reckless driving, along with other offenses.

Dareus was arrested in his home state of Alabama about a month ago when he was pulled over for speeding and charged with felony possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was found with synthetic marijuana.

The Bills picked up the fifth-year option on Dareus in late April, which will pay him more than $8 million in 2015. Once the legal process plays out, Dareus could face league discipline.
