Kaskimaki was recalled from AHL Springfield on Monday.
Kaskimaki hasn't yet made his NHL debut, but he could have a chance to suit up for the Blues in the near future since Jimmy Snuggerud (wrist) and Alexei Toropchenko (leg) are slated to miss time. Whether Kaskimaki suits up Monday against Anaheim will likely depend on whether Pius Suter (lower body), who missed Saturday's game against the Mammoth, is cleared to play. Over 16 appearances with the Thunderbirds to begin the year, Kaskimaki has recorded four goals, three assists and a minus-5 rating.

Kaskimaki was reassigned to AHL Springfield on Sunday.
Kaskimaki will play his first season in North America in 2024-25 after playing for HIFK of Finland's Liiga for the past three campaigns. He will probably spend most of the year in the AHL with Springfield.

Kaskimaki was recalled from AHL Springfield on Friday.
Kaskimaki signed an entry-level contract in May, but it's expected he'll ultimately spend most of the 2024-25 campaign in the AHL. The 20-year-old will be available for Saturday's preseason game versus the Blackhawks.
