Orioles' Hudson Haskin: Elevates to High-A

The Orioles promoted Haskin from Low-A Delmarva to High-A Aberdeen on Monday, Roch Kubatko of MASNSports.com reports.

The 2020 second-round pick will move up a rung on the minor-league ladder after he posted a .792 OPS, 9.2 percent walk rate and 23.6 percent strikeout rate while going 17-for-22 on stolen-base attempts across 254 plate appearances at Delmarva. The 22-year-old Haskin is regarded as one of the Orioles' top prospects in the lower levels of the minors.
