Dugger (ankle) is listed as questionable for Thursday's contest against Atlanta.

Dugger injured his ankle in Sunday's win over the Browns, causing him to practice in a limited fashion on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. If the starting safety is out, look for Justin Bethel to receive more playing time.
