X-rays come back negative for Yasiel Puig

Dodgers outfielder Yasiel Puig underwent X-rays on his injured hand, which came back negative, the Los Angeles Times reports.

Puig was hit by a pitch on the hand in the fourth inning Saturday, but remained in the game until the top of the eighth inning. He owns a .308/.396/.519 slash line with 12 homers and 52 RBI in 347 at-bats this season. His status remains up in the air for Sunday's series finale in St. Louis.
