Cornerback Sean Smith reinstated by Chiefs

Chiefs cornerback Sean Smith (suspension) was reinstated to the Chiefs' 53-man roster on Tuesday.

Smith completed his three-game ban that was levied after he was arrested on a DUI charge over the summer. He should immediately slide back into a starting role for Sunday's game against the Bengals, upgrading a Chiefs secondary that was routinely gashed by the Packers' Aaron Rodgers in a Week 3 loss.
