When the Jets played the Dolphins last week, New York's game plan involved not letting Geno Smith throw the ball. Apparently, there was a good reason for that.

On the Jets first play from scrimmage against the Vikings on Sunday, Smith did this.

That's a 27-yard pick-six from Smith to Vikings linebacker Gerald Hodges. It hasn't been a completely horrible day for Smith, he did throw a 45-yard pass to Percy Harvin on the Jets next possession. Smith also has a 35-yard touchdown pass to Harvin and is 3 for 4 for 80 yards midway through the first quarter.
