Lightning's Yanni Gourde: Lights lamp Thursday
Gourde scored a goal on two shots in Thursday's 6-2 win over the Canucks.
Gourde has scored twice over the last three games. The 34-year-old continues to play in a third-line role, so he may have some ups and downs on offense for a team where the starpower carries the scoring. Gourde is up to nine goals, 25 points, 95 shots on net, 92 hits, 58 PIM, 25 blocked shots and an even plus-minus rating across 67 appearances.

Lightning's Yanni Gourde: First goal in 13 games
Gourde scored a goal Saturday in a 4-2 loss to the Hurricanes.
It was Gourde's first goal in 13 games. He is performing well as the Bolts' third-line center, but the 34-year-old hasn't been much of a factor offensively. Gourde has 24 points (eight goals, 16 assists) and 93 shots in 65 games this season. He already has two Stanley Cups with Tampa Bay, and he's looking to add a third to his resume.

It was Gourde's first goal in nine games (three assists). He has seven goals, 14 assists and 74 shots in 52 games this season. Gourde centers the third line in Tampa Bay, and his fantasy value is slim at this point in his career, other than hits. He has 68 this season.

Lightning's Yanni Gourde: Point in each of last two games
Gourde scored a goal in Saturday's 7-2 win over the Flyers.
Gourde showed off his speed and skill on a breakaway at the mid-point of the third period to put the Bolts up 6-2. He has a point in each of his last two games (one goal, one assist), but he goes long stretches without points. Gourde last potted a goal Nov. 28, when he put up two against the Red Wings. He has six points (one goal, five assists) in 19 games since.

Lightning's Yanni Gourde: Adds helper in win
Gourde notched an assist and six PIM in Saturday's 4-2 win over the Panthers.
Gourde has three helpers over his last seven games, but he's in another lengthy goal drought that stands at 13 contests following Saturday. The defensive forward is up to 13 points, 55 shots on net, 50 hits, 18 blocked shots, 28 PIM and a plus-3 rating through 37 appearances. Gourde will continue to hold a spot in the lineup even if his offense goes cold rather than lukewarm, but he hasn't produced at a level that will help many fantasy managers.

Lightning's Yanni Gourde: Rare two-goal game
Gourde scored twice Friday in a 6-3 win over Detroit.
The first one came on a goal-mouth scramble. The second came on a slap shot after a failed clearing attempt by the Wings; it stood as the winner. Gourde has three points (six shots) in his last two games, but his nine points (five goals, four assists) in 24 games will keep him on wire.

Lightning's Yanni Gourde: Scores goal in victory
Gourde scored a goal on four shots on target, delivered one hit and had a plus-1 rating during his 17:33 of ice time in Sunday's 4-2 win over the Mammoth.
Gourde got the Lightning on the board in the first period with his first goal in nine games. In total, the 33-year-old is up to three goals and four points through 12 games, solid marks for a fourth-line player. Unless his usage increases -- he averages 15:45 of ice time per night -- he likely won't produce at a much higher pace than this.

Gourde pushed the Lightning up 3-0 on a tap-in off a turnover just 39 seconds into the middle frame. He put up five shots. Lightning's Yanni Gourde: Nice finish on first goal of season
Gourde scored a goal Saturday in a 5-3 loss to the Devils.
Gourde made it 3-1 in the second period when he finished a 3-on-2 rush with a wrist shot from the high slot. He's centering the third line, and he's no longer the same player he was during his previous stint in Tampa Bay. Gourde may not be a top fantasy option, but he's the kind of player who can help in dailies when he gets on a roll.

Lightning's Yanni Gourde: Grabs six-year deal
Gourde inked a six-year, $14 million contract with Tampa Bay on Monday.
Gourde's cap hit under his new deal comes in at $2.33 million AAV, less than half of his previous six-year contract that came in at $5.17 million AAV. While he may not be the 20-goal producer he was in his first stint with the Lightning, Gourde still reached the 30-point threshold for the eighth straight year in 2024-25, which he split between Seattle and Tampa Bay. Looking ahead to 2025-26, Gourde will likely primarily fill a middle-six role and could see some power-play ice time, though the bulk of his value comes from his defensive work.

Lightning's Yanni Gourde: Three assists in last two games
Gourde had two assists in a 5-1 win over Florida on Tuesday.
Gourde has three assists in his last two games. He's really impressed in Tampa Bay with 14 points, including 13 assists, in just 20 outings. The Bolts brought Gourde in for his edge and grit, so this scoring is a bonus. He'll be a smart playoff pick if you believe the Bolts will go far.

Lightning's Yanni Gourde: Moves up to top line Sunday
Gourde recorded an assist, three shots on goal and a plus-2 rating in Sunday's 7-4 win over the Sabres.
Gourde helped out on the first of Nikita Kucherov's two tallies in the contest. The 33-year-old Gourde was moved up to the top line, while Conor Geekie entered the lineup on the third line to fill in for Oliver Bjorkstrand (lower body). Gourde has primarily featured as a third-line center for the Lightning and the Kraken this year, but he's defensively responsible and can slot in anywhere necessary. He's produced 12 points over 19 outings since returning to the Lightning and has a total of 29 points, 70 shots on net, 106 hits, 52 PIM and a minus-1 rating over 55 appearances this season.

Lightning's Yanni Gourde: Tallies in Monday's win
Gourde scored a goal on two shots in Monday's 5-1 win over the Rangers.
Gourde scored for the first time since Dec. 30 when he was still with the Kraken. The 33-year-old has fit in well on the Lightning's third line since the trade deadline, racking up 11 points in 16 outings. Overall, he's produced 28 points, 63 shots on net, 97 hits, 52 PIM and an even plus-minus rating over 52 appearances. While his offense was down in general last year, a lengthy absence following a sports hernia surgery explains much of the reduced scoring for Gourde in 2024-25.

Gourde helped out on goals by linemates Oliver Bjorkstrand and Gage Goncalves. Lightning's Yanni Gourde: Four assists in last five games
Gourde put up two assists in a 6-2 win over the Bruins on Saturday.
Gourde is making his mark with the Bolts. Since being acquired from Seattle on March 5, he has four assists in five games, including three in his last two games. He's also fired nine shots and leveled 18 hits while centering the third line. This is exactly what the Bolts had hoped they'd get from Gourde when they acquired him, and it's a profile that will go a long way in the postseason. Until then, his fantasy value is limited, even in leagues that count hits. Center is usually too deep to get them in that spot.

Lightning's Yanni Gourde: Snags assist Thursday
Gourde notched a power-play assist, two hits and a minus-2 rating in Thursday's 4-3 shootout loss to the Flyers.
This was Gourde's second helper over four contests since he was traded to the Lightning from the Kraken last Wednesday. The 33-year-old has immediately slotted in as the third-line center and looks to be connecting well with Gage Goncalves and Oliver Bjorkstrand, who was also traded from the Kraken. Gourde is up to 19 points, 46 shots on net, 73 hits and a minus-8 rating over 40 total appearances this season. He won't score a ton, but he's at no risk of losing his place in the lineup as a key checking forward.
