Red Sox's Nicholas Judice: Traded to Red Sox

The Yankees traded Judice to Boston on Tuesday alongside Richard Fitts and Greg Weissert in exchange for Alex Verdugo, Jeff Passan of ESPN.com reports.

The Yankees selected Judice in the eighth round of the 2023 MLB Draft. He never appeared in a game at the Florida Complex League after being drafted, and he will presumably head to the Rookie League or Single-A level to begin 2024.
