Bills' Terrel Bernard: Officially active

Bernard (pectoral) is active Week 5 against the Texans.

Bernard will suit up for the first time since the Week 2 early exit against Miami, and given his role as the middle linebacker and the fact he recorded 11 combined tackles in Week 1, he immediately returns to the IDP radar.
