Jets' Michael Carter: Opens week with full practice

Carter (concussion) was a full participant in practice Wednesday.

Carter was a full participant in practice leading up to the Jets' Week 7 contest against the Panthers, but the 2021 fifth-rounder was unable to suit up after failing to clear the league's five-step concussion protocol. He would have to be cleared by an independent neurologist in order to be available for Sunday's road game against the Bengals.
